Missing mail in La Marque? Well, there?s been a fire ?

?Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds,? reads the inscription on New York City?s main post office. Maybe not, but flames put the brakes on one La Marque letter carrier’s truck and destroyed its contents this month.
