Mexico police need tips in 118 murders of women
Authorities in the Mexican state of Chihuahua are offering rewards in the deaths of 118 women in Juarez in the last 17 years. The El Paso Times says most of the women are teenage girls. One victim is 54-year-old Heidi Slauquet Armengol, an artist who was reported missing in 1995. The youngest victim is 13. Read More
