Police have released a surveillance video and photograph of a man wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old woman late Thursday morning at her apartment in northwest Houston. Investigators said witnesses reported seeing a "suspicious person" walking through the complex at the time of the shooting. Police said there were no signs of forced entry at the apartment and police have no suspect or motive in the case so far. The woman's husband was able to track his wife's iPhone, which may have been taken by the assailant.
