Bethenny Frankel is discovering it?s very lonely at the top.
The reality star, 41, was recently blindsided when her assistant Julie quit ? just the latest in a string of assistants, nannies, interns and friends who no longer work for Bethenny.
?She makes lots of promises she doesn?t keep,? a former friend says. "People think she will give them a stake in the company."
