Texas women (and Blue Bell ice cream) star at the 100th annual First Lady?s Luncheon
From the d�cor to the guests to the entertainment, Texas was well represented throughout the luncheon. Helen Green, wife of Houston Rep. Gene Green, served as the chair of the luncheon, which benefited Healthcare for the Homeless-Houston.
