Every so often I’m asked to be a guest on “On Point,” the national radio show hosted by Tom Ashbrook on WBUR, Boston’s NPR news station. This morning I was on the show with two other guests: David Ulin, book critic for the Los Angeles Times. Jessilynn Norcross, owner of the McLean�& Eakin bookstore in Petoskey, Michigan. Each of us came up with a short list of great summer reads. It’s always fun to be on the show and plenty of listeners called in and emailed with their own book recommendations, as well.
