According to court documents, Curry got out of the car and walked to the passenger side to talk to the man and woman, who, police later learned, are both related to Harper. Before collapsing, Curry walked back to the driver's side of the black Chrysler he was driving, got a shotgun and fired one shot at Harper, the complaint states. The woman admitted to police that Harper was present at the shooting, but she denied that he shot Curry, according to a complaint filed by the district attorney's Office.
