Samsung Galaxy S Lightray 4G hides out in the open, heads to MetroPCS
What's old is apparently new again for MetroPCS subscribers. Thanks to some leaked training materials over on Howard Forums, we have a pretty clear idea of the next Galaxy S device to bow on that budget carrier's lineup -- the Lightray 4G. No, your eyes aren't deceiving you, we've seen this exact phone before at CES 2012 where it was part of Dyle's Mobile TV showcase. And that chassis you see above? It's a mostly unaltered version of Verizon's Droid Charge, although that formerly pointed chin seems to have gotten the Ashlee Simpson treatment. Spec-wise, the 4.3-inch device reportedly packs a Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.3-megapixel front-facing / 8-megapixel rear cameras, 16GB of included microSD storage (what it'll ship with onboard is unknown), HDMI-out and, bizarrely, that aforementioned TV tuner, replete with antenna. No word on when this unofficial fella's set to go legit nor which Google OS treat it'll run, but with a recently surfaced FCC doc and company slides to go off, we're sure to find out sooner rather than later.

Kelsey Grammer: A Proud Dad, Again!
On July 13, Kelsey Grammer announced that he and his fourth wife, Kayte, are now the parents of a healthy baby girl, named Faith Evangeline Elisa Grammer. ?We are thrilled,? the couple said in a prepared statement.
It?s a happy ending for Kelsey and Kayte, who?ve been through their share of troubles: The couple fell in love in 2010, while Kelsey was still married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer. And, though Kelsey has four other children ? two with Camille and two from previous relationships ? he and Kayte had been trying for some time to have a baby; in 2010, she suffered a miscarriage, and earlier this year, she miscarried Faith?s twin.
?We choose to celebrate the life that has been given us,? the couple shared.

Archos' Transformer rival reappears: passes federal inspection, forgets its keyboard
If you cast your mind back several months, you might recall Archos unveiling a new range of tablets that can pair up with a keyboard add-on. While the French tablet maker kept quiet on the specifics at its debut-- with not even a mention of the hardware's OS -- a filing at the FCC helps plug some of those information gaps. Courtesy of the user manual, we can see that the tablet will be running Android 4.0, while the as-yet unspecified storage capacity can be expanded by microSD. There's a mini-HDMI port that looks like it will require its own proprietary cable, and the keyboard dock? Well, it's absent from this FCC gallery, but it does appear in the user manual, demonstrating a twist and lift mechanism that creates a pop-up stand for the slab. Gaze on in horror as those FCC technicians prise open the Archos 101 xs' shell and scope out the internal works -- it's all in the source below.
